Data collected

This site only collects data you voluntarily enter in the contact form: full name, email address, organization and message. This data is transmitted directly by email and is not stored in a database.

Purpose of processing

Data submitted via the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your request and provide you with information about the PHARE solution. It is not subject to any commercial processing, profiling or sale to third parties.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies, analytics cookies or advertising cookies. No audience measurement solution (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.) is deployed.

Hosting

This site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Servers are located in France and subject to European law (GDPR). OVH privacy policy: ovhcloud.com.

Retention period

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 12 months from your initial contact.

Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

IOC database

The PHARE kiosk uses a database of indicators of compromise (IOC) to detect spyware. This data comes from public sources (AssoEchap, MVT-Indicators, Amnesty Tech). No data from the analysed phone is transmitted to these sources or to any third party. Analysis is performed entirely locally, in RAM, with no persistence to disk.
